I thoroughly enjoyed the day judged outside at Asfordby. The weatherman certainly smiles as all the Club’s Championship Shows to date have been blessed with clear sky’s. Thanks to the committee for the invite, to my two Stewards on the day, for the wonderful roast lamb lunch, but not least, to the exhibitors for giving me the opportunity of assessing your Border Terriers. Lovely grizzle, grand head & expression with dark eye, nice muzzle of good width & underjaw, correct bite, nice front, straight with ample bone, neat feet, good overall length & balance with spannable body, strong loins, in double coat, strong quarters with nice bend of stifle, quality dog that went well, pleased to award him the Dog CC & with my co-judges agreement, BIS
