First Place in Junior, Judge: Debbie Lorraine (Raleniro)
Thank you to the officers and committee for the invitation to judge at this show. Many thanks to the exhibitors for the lovely quality entry and for accepting my decisions so sportingly, there were some very close decisions and dogs could easily have changed places on another day.
Almost one year old grizzle and tan bitch of good size. Strong but feminine head with typical expression, neat ears and excellent scissor bite. Straight front with just enough bone, tight feet with thick pads. Narrow and easily spanned. Good shoulders and ribbed well back. Correct hind angulation. Good pelt and undercoat, a little short of coat today but new jacket of good texture coming through. Initially a little unsettled, but moved well both ways and held topline on the move.
