Second Place in Open, Judge: Miss Helen Axford
Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge at this well-run show, to my very efficient steward and to the exhibitors for both entering under me and the sporting way they accepted my decisions. I found one suspect mouth and some of the tails would benefit from less hair on the end as this tends to spoil an otherwise balanced picture.
This was a very strong class, I was spoilt for choice.
Another quality dog, moderately broad in skull, he was well presented and handled, excellent muscle tone. I was really splitting hairs but just preferred the rib of 1.
