My thanks to the officers and committee for their kind invitation to judge their Open Show and for their kind hospitality. Thank you also to my ring steward, Mark Lowry, who kept things running smoothly – I very much enjoyed my day.
I would also like to thank the exhibitors for the privilege of going over their dogs and the sporting manner in which they accepted my decisions. All dogs were entire and I found no kinked tails.
just shy of 9 months, this grizzle dog was taller and rangier than 1. Narrow throughout and spanned well. Head still needs to mature. Well laid back shoulders and good length of body. Coat coming through. Moved well round the ring; just needs to tighten in the front, which I’m sure will come in time.
