First Place in Puppy, Judge: Mrs J Fawcett (Carrock)
My thanks to the officers and committee for their kind invitation to judge their Open Terrier Group Show and for their kind hospitality. Thank you also to my ring steward Chris, who kept things running along very smoothly – I very much enjoyed my day. I would also like to thank the exhibitors for the privilege of going over their dogs and the sporting manner in which they accepted my decisions. All dogs were entire and I found no kinked tails.
9 1/2 month old B/T bitch with strong but feminine head, nice ear set and good dentition. Good angulation front & rear. Good length of body with ribs carried well back. Very good pelt and jacket. Strode out well around the ring with a good length of stride – still a little loose in front but moved the better of the 3 today. BPIB.
