Second Place in Open, Judge: Mrs J Fawcett (Carrock)
My thanks to the officers and committee for their kind invitation to judge their Open Terrier Group Show and for their kind hospitality. Thank you also to my ring steward Chris, who kept things running along very smoothly – I very much enjoyed my day. I would also like to thank the exhibitors for the privilege of going over their dogs and the sporting manner in which they accepted my decisions. All dogs were entire and I found no kinked tails.
another I have judged before. Not much to choose between these two today. Strong masculine headed dog with lovely teeth. Good for bone with straight front. Not quite so easy to span as 1 but has good length and strong loin. Decent pelt and jacket. Level top line and tail well set on. Moved OK.
