First Place in Open, Judge: Mark Atkinson (Raedwulf)
I would like to start with thanks to the Northumberland County Show Canine committee for inviting me to judge and for a well run show and the most excellent hospitality. Thanks also to my steward for stepping in at short notice and delivering a very well run ring.
4 year old masculine grizzle dog. Excellent head and bite, well placed ear, dark eye, strong muzzle. Strong neck flowing into well placed shoulders, good top line and tail set. Spannable and well muscled and strong rear. Covered the ground well standing on tight cat like feet. Picture finished off with thick tight jacket and excellent pelt. Works well with handler. BOB. Unlucky to miss the group.
