First Place in Open - Bitch, Judge: Mrs Sue Spafford (Dassett)
Firstly, I would like to thank the organisers of the show for the warm welcome and hospitality. Also, The Border Terrier Club for supporting the entry.
On the day I was presented with some nice exhibits, I also found one bad mouth and not the best of movements on some. I found my winners based on size, type and movement.
Pretty feminine bitch with good head, lovely length of neck. Narrow throughout, level topline and good tailset, good angulation, in thick double coat and good pliable pelt. Moved well and enthusiastically around the ring. Very close decision in the challenge, liked her a lot, just preferred my BB for type on the day.
